In 1981, Philip Schnayerson and Jesse Garcia began our firm. In the ensuing 25 years, we have had great success both on the trial and appellate level.
As a result of some of our successes in appellate decisions, we have been a part of actual changes in laws, some of which involve drunk driving, juvenile offenses, narcotics, sexual crimes and homicide.
Our clientele has used our services for misdemeanors, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, theft and embezzlement as well as domestic violence.
In the past ten years, we have widened our expertise to include white-collar crime, software piracy, criminally prosecuted industrial accidents and OSHA violations.
With four experienced, full-time lawyers and a support staff of four legal assistants, our firm can expertly handle every type of criminal case, from petty theft, to homicide, to large corporate cases.
Our location is in Hayward, making us 40 minutes from the state or federal courts in Oakland, San Jose, East Bay, Redwood City, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek and the San Francisco Bay Area.
We also have active cases pending in Hawaii, Nevada, District of Columbia and Southern California as well as many rural counties in Northern and Southern California.
